what shampoo to use for oily scalp?

i have oily scalp and need to wash twice a day. i would like to know what shampoo is suitable for oily scalp? how to let the scalp not over stimulte sebum? is minoxidil effective for hairgrow? coz i got hair loss problem :(. thinking to try use minoxidil and take some vitamin. Any suggestion?
