What causes excessive hair loss in women.?

Im not balding but I lose hair excessively every day. My hair is long and I also had 4 surgeries in the last three years for cancer with no treatment after wards. Does that have any thing to do with it.

Hair loss can be caused by many things but usually stress, diet, thyroid problems, yes surgery will cause it also...

Cancer can cause hair loss,and so can hyperthyroidism and diabetes.
