I have been using Rogaine and it has stopped my hair loss with some thickening and maybe also some new growth over the past 8 months. However, I have heard many guys say that it stops working after a couple of years, although a FEW guys on the hair loss forums have had many years of success. Anyone with any experiences in this regard that they are willing to share?
The directions say that it stops working when you stop using it.
What happens is with some guys their hair loss gets worse after a few years, Rogaine doesn't stop working but the hair loss increases. That said, if you stop using Rogaine the hair loss will accelerate and you will lose any hair you've grown while using it.
It will keep working as long as you keep using it. As soon as you stop you may experience hair loss again.
