So I'm 16, I work out a lot, I have begun to drink tons of water, I get enough sleep about 6 hours, I don't think I have stress or depression, yet I'm loosing a lot of hair like more than average hair loss, can anyone tell me y? also I used to have short hair since I was little but I have started to let it grow for about 4 months now

You might be balding. Is your grandpa on your mother's side bald? If so, it's very likely that you will bald.

You said it used to be shorter? Is it possible that it just seems like your losing more hair because the hairs are longer and you notice it more?

Some hair loss is normal especially if your growing your hair out. If your losing it in patches or more on top or in corners it could be hereditary. Maybe you need to look into your family history about hair loss. If your really concerned try seeking medical advise.
