I went through a real traumatic period a few months back and my hair started falling out quite quickly. But thin hair and balding are in my family so I am wondering if it will ever come back? I am early 30's.

I would suggest to have a routine life, eat regularly, and sleep regularly. See the doctor , you will get a liquid. Then your hair will come back. Make sure you must not get stress. Try not think anything at all. If you have a permanent balding part, that can not do anything even doctor. Just do what I said. you will be OK
