Ok, So here's what I do to my hair every single day and I've been doing this for about 2-3 months. Shampoo my hair every 2-3 days which makes it soft Add Volumizing Mousse Blow Dry (After spraying my hair with Heat Protection Spray) Then I Apply more Heat Protection Spray & Then I straighten my hair Once it's all done I add Wax & Spray it with Hairspray Now I know it may seem like Yea Thats Lots of Stuff but remember Mousse and Wax DOES not cause hair loss. Plus, me putting on heat protection spray protects my hair from getting damaged when I blowdry and straighten it. I think the only damage I get is from hairspray.
