What branch of the military does not test much on the physical such as the running, push-ups and such?

I am a female and have actually previously done basic training for the ARMY and did not make it due to lack of physical fitness from their standards. I did not do so well on the road marches because my back hurt so bad from carrying the heavy equipment and did not do so well on the push-ups and shooting. Yet, I was known as the soldier in my platoon who tried my best compared to everyone else. The reason why I joined was because I like the military lifestyle and also so that it could help for my school tuition. I did basic training for the ARMY when I was 19 and now I am turning 21 this year of March 2011. I am currently going to school but still would have interests in wanting to be a part of the military. I enjoyed being in basic but was just not good at some things. Yet, I would like a 2nd chance in the military for interests and for benefits. I am thinking between the navy or air force but I do not know how to swim..I know that I would need a re-enlistment waiver. I am willing to go for it even though I would need a waiver. I also do work out but mostly running and cardio. I am thinking of getting a pull-up bar also. Does anyone have any recommendations to what branch I should join based upon my situation? Thank you

The Airforce

In The US Military ALL branches have a minimum requirement for physical fitness. For Those who think the USAF does not have a requirement you better do some research in 2010 the USAF changed their basic training back to a level close to the US Army. Do not dis unless you really know. Vet-USAF / Former OIF/OEF Contractor

My brother said the air force was like 4 months of football camp

Airforce doesnt accept prior service. Not even from their own branch. I suggest trying coast guard or navy?

YES the AF DOES accept priors! I wish people would do their research or know their facts before commenting! And when I went to Basic, it was a cake walk (but I was also in shape), but they have since changed their standards. I also read the other day that the Army will be changing their Boot Camps so that they will be EASIER than the AF (check the link below). Stop hating! We're all there to complete the mission regardless which Branch we may belong to.
